Stimulants

Background

A stimulant is a substance that raises levels of physiological or nervous activity of the body. Some common examples would be that of caffeine in coffee, amphetamines in ADHD medication, nicotine, and cocaine. Stimulants come in all different forms and in ways we don't expect.
